Summary: Check-in was awful on 1/12. We had requested a ground floor room when checking out on 1/9 (a previous stay at same location), and were assured of it. But they gave our room away!!! We had to use elevators from third floor 2x in middle of night with a terrified puppy. I'm 79 -- it was miserable. They apologized, but they did not offer any compensation.
